It is located 7-8 minutes from city center. Also located 30 meters from bus station. Very quiet place but also very near from center. It has beautiful garden with great barbecue and great view. Also it has sensor and alarm private garage.

This estate has a beautiful garden and also private garage for guest's car. It has its private basketball court in the garden. Interior has 62 sqaure meters and it has not any other rooms that you must share with other guests.

I am giving my space to my guest so I can be there for every problem but I do not intend to hangout with my guest but polite access to them is thing that I attend to do.

Apartment is very near to main bus station, about 30 meters. Bus from this station is reliable and you have it every 30 minutes.
